My Tribe Treat Box evolved from a desire to support businesses in their quest to nurture and enhance their staff and client’s wellbeing. Boxes are specifically designed to remind staff to take time out, to look after themselves and more importantly, show they are valued and appreciated. After all, a business’s best asset is its people. During the past 16 months, there has been a positive shift around supporting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. This is how My Tribe Treat Box became a reality. With all businesses having faced and continuing to overcome challenges during the covid-19 pandemic, the need to support employees’ mental health and wellbeing is at an all-time high. My Tribe prides itself in offering personalised and client-focused solutions to ease the pressures staff face, helping you fulfil your business health and wellbeing responsibilities in a way that actually means something to your people. In fact, giving a My Tribe Treat Box does so much more than just tick a box. It demonstrates care, thoughtfulness and compassion, which is felt long after the treats are gone! We are also proud to be supporting the health charity, Mind, as well as other numerous local mental health and wellbeing charities, to ensure we also give back to those who are in most need. Currently studying for her CIPD in HR and is a mental health first aider who works with our NHS clients in ensuring they are supported fully. She is fully involved in mental health and workplace wellbeing.
A primary school teacher whose specialism is psychology. In her day job, she is a mindfulness practitioner and helps her students explore factors such as sounds, thoughts and feelings and the things that distract us. Naomi advises on all aspects of mindfulness and the psychology of wellbeing.
Our HR and wellbeing guru and a mental health first aider working with small and medium size businesses across all sectors. Lolli is a HR Consultant based in East Anglia and has over 30 years of HR and Operational experience working with CEOs, FDs and Operational Teams in a variety of sectors, supporting them in a very pragmatic way to achieve their goals.
A mental health first aider and is currently studying business management. She is the creative glue in the team and looks after My Tribe operations, from suppliers, clients or designing the treat boxes to ensure everyone receives the perfect box of appreciation from their employer.
