My Tribe - Subscription service FAQs

How do I place an order?

You can place an order online on our ‘Orders’ page our website. If you select a ‘Subscription box’ product from our products list and select the quantity, you would like to order and ‘add to cart’. 

What is the minimum order?

We support all tribe sizes from just one person to large corporate teams.

How much does delivery cost?

There are no hidden costs, all packaging and delivery is included in the price of each treat box.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are delivered in 2 to 3 working days from order, or you can schedule a preselected date for your order to arrive.

What do you get in a treat box?

Each treat box contains individually selected products and whenever possible have been sourced locally and come from sustainable and ethical suppliers, many are handmade.

We supply an affirmation card and a personal message from you to show your appreciation.

Is it possible to get a trial box before I order a subscription?

We’re happy for you to purchase a trial box from us to find out for yourself just how satisfying it is to receive one of our boxes. Just select the one box option from our product list.

Can I send a personalised message with the treat boxes?

Yes! We supply an affirmation card and can include a personal message from you to show your appreciation. We will contact you to add a personal message once you've completed your order.

Can the treat boxes be sent directly to the recipient?

Of Course! All our treat boxes are designed to be sent directly to the recipient. They are boxed by hand and come with a personalised message. There will be no receipt or order confirmation with the treat box, this is all emailed directly to you, the sender.

How do you comply with data protection?

We take data protection very seriously. Once you have placed your subscription order, we will email you a link to a secure document for you to update the delivery details of your recipients. This will be stored securely by us until the subscription ends before being deleted.

How long is a subscription?

Our subscription is for a minimum 12 months. A new treat box will be sent out quarterly to your recipients from the date you made your first order. e.g., months one, four, seven and ten.

How are subscription payments made?

Our treat box subscription is a great way to show your appreciation. We offer a 12-month subscription service. They are charged quarterly with payment for box one being taken at time of booking. Full payment for the subscription is accepted or you will be invoiced for payments each quarter and payment must be received 14 days prior to the boxes being delivered. Any delay in payment may cause a delay to the boxes being sent.

One of the treat boxes hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Delivery of treat boxes by Royal Mail is usually very reliable. If unfortunately, your treat box does not arrive on time we ask that you wait 3 days after the requested delivery date and then email us at hello@mytribetreatbox.com with your order number and we will issue a replacement.

Can a treat box be returned if I’m not satisfied?

We take great pride in every treat box that we send and do our utmost to ensure box arrives in perfect condition. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, please email hello@mytribetreatbox.com within 7 days of receiving the box and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

I have been sent a discount code, how does this work?

If you’ve been sent a discount code, please ensure you are ordering the treat box that relates to the offer and the minimum quantity (if stated) and add the code at checkout.

Can I create a bespoke treat box?

Of course, all our treat boxes are boxed by hand and we can work with you to create the perfect box for your tribe. Contact us at hello@mytribetreatbox.com to discuss the options we have available.

Can items be substituted if a recipient has specific dietary requirements or allergies?
Yes, we are happy to work with you to support recipients that have specific requirements. We would be happy to discuss all substitute products with you.
